自2000年开始，由中国神经科学学会每两年主办一次的“海内外华人神经科学家研讨会（SCNW）” 将海内、外从事神经科学的华人科学家聚集在一起，旨在为全球的中国神经科学家提供一个论坛，以介绍和讨论神经科学各个领域的研究。本届SCNW得到了中国神经科学学会（CNS），浙江神经科学学会和浙江大学的支持，将在杭州市海皇皇冠酒店举办。
